Senior's sensory spectacular

As the culminating activity in their science unit 'Weather in My World' and to celebrate Book Week, students in the senior cohort converted their classroom into walk-through sensory environments.  Students from other classes visited walking through: the freezing cold 'winter' environment, complete with fog, snow and icicles; the hot summer room with cool drinks, sunscreen, sand and water; autumn with it's brown colour and crunchy leaves; cool spring with flower aromotherapy and spring fruits; and storms, with flashing lightning, hail and rain.  A big thank-you from the rest of the school to the senior classes for creating this experience.  Well done seniors!
