Nambour Special School is located on approximately 6 hectares of land on Windsor Road, in Nambour, opposite Burnside State School and Burnside State High School. The school site provides a spacious, rural outlook located on the Sunshine coast Hinterland.
Nambour Special School has 32 classrooms, with both a primary and secondary campus. Each teaching block is serviced with amenities and a kitchen/eating area. The school is divided into Junior Primary, Senior Primary, Junior Secondary and Senior Secondary areas.
The school has a teaching block designed to meet the needs of students who require extra support such as assistance with feeding, manual handling assistance, physiotherapy support and specific health support. We also have a hydrotherapy pool onsite.
